Terms of Use

1. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit.
2. The guest should come to the reception desk upon arrival to register all guests and also to pick up the keys. At this time the guest will have to pay the remaining bill and any other services minus applicable discounts.
3. Check in time is 4 pm to 10 pm.
4. Check out time is before 10 am.
5. If a guest does notturn up and has not previously notifid the establishment, the guest's reservation will be cancelled.
6. Only registered guests will be permitted. Persons not registered will be allowed entrance only with the express authorization of the director of the Aparthotel.
7. No dogs, cats, pets or animals of any type are permitted.
8. The guest is solely responsible for damage caused by misuse of any property of the establishment and will reimburse the cost of any and all damage upon leaving.
9. It is our intent to provide you with the exact unit of lodging you asked for, or booked. However, we can not guarantee this.
