How does it work?
The Club Palol card is automatically handed to guests who have stayed at the hotel for a minimum of seven consecutive nights between 1 July 2020 and 25 August 2020, according to the following scale:

| Between 11 and 13 nights | 5% |
| 14 or more nights | 10% |
* For stays of between 7 and 10 consecutive nights, 3% (direct bookings) of the cost of accommodation will be credited to the card.
* For stays of between 11 and 13 consecutive nights, 5% (direct bookings)of the cost of accommodation will be credited to the card.
* For stays of 14 or more consecutive nights, 10% (direct bookings) of the cost of accommodation will be credited to the card.
